The Scottish Rural Property and Business Association (SRPBA) has been working with the Scottish Canoe Association, Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) and Paths for All for some time to produce online guidance for all users of inland water on sharing the resource responsibly (in line with the access legislation and guidance given in the SOAC).  The guidance is now available on the internet here.
