The Atlantic Salmon Reserve (ASR) held a reception at the Ednam House Hotel on Saturday, 1st May 2010, to coincide with the Tweed Angling Fair weekend, for the Scottish premiere of their film "Home for Salmon". As part of the evening, TweedStart held a small raffle, as reported earlier in the month, for some Aged Whisky which was won by Mr Morris Clarkson of Lancashire and helped raise funds for TweedStart.

In addition, the ASR gave TweedStart a significant donation towards its continued programme of days, especially for children, aimed to introduce youngsters to fly fishing, river ecology and conservation.

TweedStart wishes to thank the ASR for their support and also all those who attended the reception and participated in the raffle.
