A fortnight ago, The Tweed Foundation’s senior Biologist, Ronald Campbell, visited an estate near Alyth where there is a licensed European Beaver colony. Some people say that European Beavers do not build dams!

The visit was most informative in demonstrating the nature in which Beavers modify habitats to suit their own requirements.
