Mr Alan Turnbull came to the Tweed Foundation's office last week to collect the top prize in the 2006 Tweed Trout & Grayling Initiative's Log Book draw. Mr Turnbull, who is a member of the Coldstream and District Angling Association, filled in two log books last season for the Initiative. 

His prize was a voucher for £500 of the fishing equipment of his choice from Hardys & Greys Limited of Alnwick. The voucher has to be redeemed by the close of the 2007 trout season and Mr Turnbull, who was delighted to have won, commented,

'I don't think I'll have any problem spending it!'
