River Tweed News is the news website of the River Tweed Commission (RTC) and the Tweed Foundation. The RTC is a statutory body set up by act of Parliament to manage the fisheries of the Tweed District; the Tweed Foundation is a charitable trust set up by the Tweed Commissioners to promote the sustainable development of fish stocks in the Tweed River System.
