The fish trap which the Tweed Foundation operates on a burn near Peebles has been checked almost daily since the beginning of October, sometimes twice daily depending on water height.

To date, this week, in Fiona Cameron's week on "Trap duty"  the trap has caught 8 good-sized female Sea-trout, the largest of 600mm. The Sea-trout are measured and scales are taken to add to the significant database of information the Foundation holds.
